The ideal candidate shall be self driven, possess a proven track record in real estate sales management and ability to achieve target. Key Deliverables:
- Sales Operations: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including sales processes, strategies, and customer relations. Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales tools.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-8 years Proven experience in real estate sales especially UAE market, in a sales, management or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Should possess strong digital marketing and multichannel capabilities.
- Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel (pivot etc.) and MS Word is a must.
