You will be promoting high quality reliable products, and handling a team and responsible for:

  • Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities.
  • Training To the Field Staff Effectively.
  • Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members.
  • Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
  • Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
  • Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats.
  • Involvement in the competency based recruitment process.
